Sailnet Web Email Problems!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE lengthen the timeout time for sailnet web email! I''m constantly losing emails that I''ve typed up. When I go to send a email, I''ve been logged out, and my message is lost. Apparently I''m just not bright enough to remember this and type up my emails in a word processor, then copy/paste. Why would it time out anyways when the status of the user is still active? Perhaps you could change it so that only unactive users will time out? Thanks in advance for everything.

I''ve forwarded your request to the IT department and they should get back to you regarding the the time out process.

Thanks 4466, I agree totally and have myself lost several emails after writing them out. We need more time to finish our emails.
