I really appreciate the feedback I''ve gotten on this forum, and yes I''ve checked out the heavy sailing thread and learned a lot. I know believe that the comfort issue is more my damn the torpedoes attitude that I carry sometimes, as well as a hyper-responsive boat design. I may not be able to do much with design, short of filling her bilges with rocks to ''stabilize'' her, but I can do more to kep her upright in the gusts. A larger, stiffer boat is still in the cards tho...

Nathaniel,

I''ll confess that I too enjoy just having at it, but I try to save that for the couple of friends who enjoy it (or at least are happy to indulge me).

When it comes to buying a boat, however, I''m trying to keep a wider audience happy. Maybe someday I can afford two boats (yeah, right)?
