yes...BFS contenders...come here tomorrow..

we'll have some nice 7 meter (that's 23 feet waves) waves and steady (we don't meausre the gust)....30 knots...Northwest wind AND swell....me?? I don't go out...call me realistic

Fred is actually out sailing in his Opti, preapring for his races a week from now in cascais. He is in full wet suit, and added extra floats. He is tough..yep.

Tomorrow Giulietta stays home I'll get some Fred BFS photos

I am at home taking a nap with luis.
