Sailor over the horizon...

I am a member of the Mid-Coast Sail & Power Squadron here in Maine, and I just received some sad news that our Squadron Commander, Cdr Craig Leidenroth suffered a fatal heart attack on Thanksgiving day.

No details on services yet.

Here's thinking of his family...

Update - Funeral arrangements

Craig E. Leidenroth, DDS WARREN -- Craig E. Leidenroth, DDS, founder and proprietor of Maine Coast Family Dentistry and Implant Center in Thomaston, died unexpectedly at his home Thursday, Nov. 27, 2008. Visiting hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 4, at Warren Baptist Church, Main Street, Warren. The Rev. Linwood Welch will officiate. Interment will follow in Village Cemetery, Erin Street, Thomaston. To view an online obituary or to leave condolences, please visit obituaries at Home Page - Welcome to the Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made for benefit of (FBO) Will and Kelly Leidenroth Scholarship Fund.
