Thread gets bigger?

I have noticed that when I first view a thread it fits my PC screen fine but as I continue on to page 2,3 etc. the image often gets so big that I have to scroll across the page to read an entire message. The writing goes out bounds? Is that something that can be fixed? Is it the server?

My formula for living is quite simple. I get up in the morning and I go to bed at night. In between, I occupy myself as best I can.

It's usually when a large sized photo gets placed into the thread. The whole page will enlarge to accomodate that pic.

Joe-

That's often because a thread will have a big photo embedded in one of the posts, blowing out the margins.

I've e-mailed the admins with a possible solution to the issue, but they've not responded or implemented it AFAICT.

It would help if you said what browser you're using, since the problem is worse on some browsers than others.

The simplest solution is get a bigger, higher resolution, monitor.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Some browsers have an option to re-size images so they fit on screen. That often (not always) cures the issue.

I tend to simply stop reading the thread when over-sized images are posted to it.
