If I could afford a mooring with out having to work, I think I would like to be at Treasure Cay on Great Abaco. I would than sail the sea of Abaco and snorkel off off Great Guana.

Well I'm sitting here in Old Saybrook thinking I should have gotton a tent over the boom -news just said comming at 2" per hr - I guess I'll have to go and shovel tomarrow. Then I'll sit in the cabin with a rum and dream of warmer places. Anywhere 500nm south of CT. would do.

Merry Christmas to all

Peter

I'm jealous of you guys who are looking at a white Xmas! Here all we've got is rain.

Of course, a sunny warm 80-degree Xmas in the Islands would be even better

Sounds weird

But I'm happy where I am right now. I don't think I'll be able to go boating any time soon because of rain and cold, but I'm not too far from both boats, and I have some congenial tasks to do on them tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it.

Quite happy being where I am now, in Fernandina Beach. Worked the last ten days getting the boat ready. All the sanding, painting and waxing done. The boat gets splashed on Monday and off we go to the Bahamas after a run down to Miami.

Back out to the deck so I can watch the rest of the decorated boat parade in the harbor. It is dark and 78 degrees, not sure what the chill factor is with the light breeze.

My cousin just got back from Mauritius...spent 11 days there. All that was written on the back of the card was "Life is good!"

I could handle that...

Scanned the postcard for you...

On my boat in Fl would do.
Better in the BVI.
Even at home, rum in hand. First I have to drive 495 in the snow.
