blt2ski will become famous soon enough
There is also a website, I Heart O'Days might be without the s at the end of o'day, for info on those boats too. I've looked at the site, many of the boats even have a pdf OM for them.

Keep looking, something might pop up, or maybe he will take a payment or two?!?!

I've always found boat people, sail or power, to be very generous and trusting. Then I take advantage of them and they regret ever meeting me.
That's what I'm finding, however it appears that 25 ft is the magic number. We went to look at a 23 today and man was it cramped. I felt cramped down below by my self. i can't imagine having another person down there.

I can definitely attest to the whisper sailing there was almost nothing yesterday and we never lost steerage

Well he also said the price was negotiable. Only a couple hundred bucks or so but the asking price is only 3800. I'd still need to find a trailer eventually.

An astute observation! I'll rename the heads aboard the Lucifer rooms. When the Admiral tells me to go to hell, I'll know exactly where I am to go.
thanks

Greenie,

Try the eBay idea. If your not getting any calls on your RV, put it on eBay. It will move, and at the price it's really worth right now. Same thing for the car. If it's in another state, that's not a problem as long as you have pictures, and you post that you will meet the buyer by appointment. (Even post that you will let them back out if they want, that will let everyone know you are sincere about it.) Explain the situation in your post. (If you don't have pictures, ask a friend take some for you. Pay him/her back in beer or sailing.)

If you've got a nice (and inexpensive) place to keep her at a dock, then it sounds like everything comes together nicely.

With a couple eBay posts, you'll have that boat within 2 or 3 weeks.

Regards

P.S. Post some pictures!

Oh, we're already getting aspirations of grandeur now are we? Big boatitis strikes even the boatless. Every foot is a foot more to maintain at four times the cost. (g) I expect that there'll be a fair number of larger boats that do not see water this summer. All the more room for us trailer-sailers!

Keep looking...I'd think you can get the same size, for the same money, with a trailer. just guessing .

Any other ideas? hehehe.

I didn't try the posting to let them back out thing although I fully intend to it came down to that. I'll add that to the post this time. I have about 30 pictures on the auction including a PDF showing the NADA Guides value.

As for the car I can have my Brother -In Law take some pics and send them. He wants the car gone from his Garage so I think he'd be happy to oblige. Luckily He can actually show the car too since he's currently unemployed but even if he's busy it's only a 3 hour drive.
