I have to put my 2 cents worth in for Oriental as well.........BUT...

You can go half an hour in ANY direction and cut your expenses by a third (at least) outside of Oriental......Like I say, I LOVE the place but quaint and convenient is only worth so much.

I like the bad news about Florida too.

Maybe many will leave and take their imported influences with them.

Florida is what those from other states have made it. Very few "natives".

Happiness is seeing a NewYorker leaving with a Canadian under each arm!
(Canadians of Sailnet excepted of course)
