Last Dinghy Question.....I Promise

OK ...I have an opportunity to buy a 2000 11 foot Zodiac CFR 340 with a 5hp ...my BIG question is how long will that dinghy last..it looks lightly used and under inspection no cracking an seems ok....How long will a Zodiac live ?

It has been kept half inflated hanging from the ceiling of a garage...does anybody have an old zodiac?..I think it is made from PVC ?

Any thoughts Thanks again
