I don't know what model dinghy that is, but it is unlike any Walker Bay 8' I've ever seen here in the States, anyway. Over here, the WB dinghies are made out of plastic (not fiberglass, but molded plastic) and are somewhat distinct for their molded, faux lapstrake planking, which helps to stiffen the plastic material.
I sure like the looks of that dinghy in your photos, though.
