Native Watercraft

Haida Canoes.


I think Haida Canoes are cool! There is one currently being built by an artist-in-residence at the Center for Wooden Boats on Lake Union.

Has anybody had the experience of riding in one of these? I think it would be fun to take one out in a storm!
