wanted: 1986 catalina 270 teak

we are having absolutely no luck finding the 1-1/2"thick x 3-1/2" wide teak boards that run from the companionway beneath the traveler horsehead forward to the mast. ours are pretty ratty. the forward ends where they are faired into the deck have slintered away so badly that cutting them back is not an attractive option. is custom work our only way? are there teak parts out there somewhere?
