Mr. Boyle, I have on numerous occasions asked that my name be removed from your voice menu. Customers calling xt 7199 expecting me to answer the phone, are finding that I no longer work there. This is disappointing a number of good people within my former client base. It''s very possible that you don''t care about this and me even be using it as lure.
