Don't do business with Marinenutz!!!

Don't trust Marinenutz! Very unprofessional!!! They never returned my calls. This dips%&t! Brett, I assume a worker there, finally e-mailed me and played stupid about screwing up my order. In his defense, he probably wasn't playing! Finally had to contact my bank and get the charges reversed and I had to pay to send the wrong product that they sent me back! This guys a real creep! Take your money elsewhere and save yourself the grief!!!

Re: marinenutz

I don't know anything about this company, but I find it interesting that the only 2 people who responded to the to the OP's question have only posted once...to respond to this post and it appears they joined Sailnet just to make this one response since they joined the same day they responded.

How would they have known about the thread? I agree that this is curious as well.

Re: marinenutz

And the 2 responses were 2-1/2 years apart. Sounds like someone has a real grudge against this company. Again, I don't know anything about marinenutz, so I can't comment one way or the other. In fact, until I read this thread, I had never heard of the company.

Google searches usually show SN 'hits' early on the page.. the two complainants were in MI and WA so unlikely the same person. Very old thread, though, and indeed odd that there were not more complaints.. if in fact the company is still around.

Re: marinenutz

Before buying from an unknkown source I generally peruse the BBB and other credible review sites..

The Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" rating on an F to A+ scale...

Re: marinenutz

I am one of the complainers above. I am a commercial set netter in Kenai Alaska (I live in WA in the winter). I ordered the boots before last season and when i got them I was way out in the middle of nowhere. both pairs of boots had holes in them. He told me if i shipped them back i would get a refund. I shipped them to him and received no refund. I was able to contact him and he said that they were setting up a new bank account and once it was set up he would pay me with a check. months have gone by and now I am unable to reach him via email or phone. I am so pissed i just needed to vent. I did a random google search on marinenutz and this is one of the links that popped up. some of the other links i found, had people complaining as well. I also see that the there are about 9 complaints to the Better Business Bureau about this guy. Trust me this is not some made up story. I would not waste my time. Im just pissed and want to warn others

Re: marinenutz

Un123, thanks for coming back with more feedback. We do appreciate it.
Sounds like marinenutz is a company no one should be dealing with.
