I had a dream, I was sailing, I was happy, I was even smiling. Then I looked down and saw that I was on a multi-hull and woke up suddenly in a cold sweat.

You bunch of Yanks need to get down to Texas & LA where you can actually get some Sausage!!! Tim, who makes your sausage up there...Eckrich!?? Best sausage is made out of New Braunfels ... and they make some good stuff in West, Texas too. It's a bunch of very old German Settlements.

You guys can't make sausage up there. Everything's frozen even when its fresh!!

We gotta talk. MOVE TO TEXAS. MOVE TO TEXAS. MOVE TO TEXAS.

Don't get me wrong, I like a good Italian Sausage, but I think brats have more flavor.

I think you guys have too much time on your hands. The answer is of course is to have someone else cook your snags for you, while you think up other ideas. A 'captains' brain is too important to worry about mundane tasks like snags on barbeque's. A hammock or comfortable cockpit cushions, a cold beer and minions to serve you your food/.needs etc.
good luck. I know this wont stir the pot!!
