Lifted index/CAPE/convective energy for W. Caribbean?

I'm trying to locate a source for a graphic forecast of lifted index or CAPE (propensity of squalls/thunderstorms) index for the Caribbean, especially western Caribbean (Gulf of Honduras, Yucatan).

Preferably free, of course. Failing that, if you know whether Buoyweather.com or similar has such coverage for the western Caribbean, that would be useful too. Thanks.

I found a couple: U Wyoming and College of DuPage. It begins to look as though the happy hunting grounds would be pilot's information on atmospheric instability. In any case, I'm eager to hear of other sources.
