As for the Reanault diesel, personally I''d run the other way, but I know nothing about this engine. I just remember the (bad) reputation of Renault cars from my younger days. Hard to overcome those memories in my book, and the thought of owning one of their diesels now makes my head spin. Do they even make Renawult diesel engines anymore? Spare parts? A mechanic who knows the tricks to one? All the French boats I''m aware of these days use Volvo diesels, if that means anything.
