Anyone have a Del Rae?

I purchased a used 24'' sloop earlier this year - it''s a Del Rae which I believe was built at something called the Blue Buoy Shipyard in California in the early ''80s.
I''m in Canada and in order to get a license number - required if sailing to US waters - I need to have a compliance plate and hull number. To get that, I need the original specs/measurements of the boat.
I bought it from an estate and since the former owner is deceased I can''t get any info there. Searches on the internet have come up blank, but I have a feeling I''m not the only one in North America with a Del Rae sloop.
I''d particularly be interested in hearing from anyone here in Canada who has a registered 24'' Del Rae - that would mean the licensing authorities have the specs on file. Or, if anyone could point me to where I could get that info.
I love ''Chantress'', she''s responsive, fast, built for fun and sleeps our family of 4 comfortably. However, I''d also love to not have to turn back every time we are approaching the 49th parallel.
Thanks,
Tor
