Currently on ebay: bargain or ripoff?

To good to be true auction items:

New ebay seller with no record in each case. In number one, I emailed the seller to ask if I could have a copy of the recent survey he said was available. He replied that he was away from home and would send it in 2 days--auction would be over by then. Also asked him if he would sell subject to favorable survey and sea trial. His reply was that we could discuss these matters after the auction closed.

There is NO way they would sell it for the prices they ahve listed here (so far). The second one is only a 2000 model and looks awesome.....My question is why don''t they sell it through a tradional method of selling sailboats through the web. There are dozens of free sailbaot for sale websites where you can get *real* sailboat buyers looking. And they most probably willing to pay a fair price......Plus what is this bulls*** with the second one about "WARNING: At start 10 % of the vessel price and after that we will discuse the rest terms to finish the deal." I aint putting ANY money in his hands until some sort of legal document specifying the basics of the deal are done" and even then it would be held in escrow.

Something smells fishy....Caveat Emptor
