Insurance?

I am interested in hearing what people, keeping their boat from the mid-atlantic to new england, are paying for insurance.

And what their experiences have been when they expanded their cruising grounds to include florida and those that have ventured further to include the Bahamas and how that impacted their orginal policy.

While there are so many variables associated with insurance and coverages, I am just trying to get a general idea how an expansion of cruising grounds impact premiums and what others have experienced.
