Starting a Sailing Club?

I live in Central Florida and am intertested in starting a sailing club to share cost and increase fun. Does anyone have information about how to start a sailing club? What should a charter include? What are some standard club rules? How can club members decide who gets the boat and when? Thanks, Dale

You might want to check out www.newportsail.com for some ideas. Before I owned a boat I belonged to their sailing club and they have it pretty well worked out.
