ok mods you can move it but i put it here for more exposure, i figure it wont get many replies anyway. but figured some one with money might be interested
first i have no connections to the club, just met the owner today.
a club near me is for sale, it has 3 big boats ( 30 foot range bene's or equals ), 4 or 5 cal 22's, a bunch of sonar 23's plus other boats, as well as everything needed to run the business including office space. it has a leased dock area that they rent out a few slips. basicly he is trying to sell it for the boat values, which is 250 k.
it currently does not make money but the guy who manages it is not the owner, so he does not really try ( my words not the owners ) and the owner is 76 so he does not have time. its in a great location near the inner harbor in baltimore, very sheltered, west marine about 200 yards away, grocery store,
fuel dock,
pump out all located with in 300 yards. the owner thinks it just needs some marketing, it used to make money when the owner was more involved and has been around for 30 or so years.
if anyone is slightly interest pm me for the club web site, not for contact but for more info on what they offer and have. i can give a phone number for the owner too for some one really interested. also he does not want to dismantle the club by selling off the boats so dont ask for that, and the owner knows the current staff would probably go.
edit the club is also an ASA school, so there can be income from that.
