Do you name parts of your boat???

I sail solo most of the time but I carry two crew aboard all the time.

My crew is supper reliable and is always ready to work.

Allow me to introduce them, they are:
Eugene Vin Diesel, and Otto Pillot.

A friend calls his engine George, another calls his auto pilot Josephine. What about you?

Fred drives a lot. He's not so good as a lookout.

We had "Otto Von Helm" for the autopilot. Our 5 year old son has hijacked the naming process though. We get funny, long, ever-changing names like "Pirate Pearl Monster Ghost" for the dinghy.

Every part on my boat has two names. One when it's working correctly and another when it's not!

I'm sure the "NOT" working name is probably not repeatable here

We call our Autohelm S.W.I.T.C.H.

I will not explain why. Saltwater Suzi would kill me.
