Keel on a 22' Catalina

Can someone tell me where the winch is to lower a swing keel on a 22' Catalina sailboat? If it matters it's a 1986. I've looked around but for the life of me I can't find how to lower it.

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere but searching for 'keel' and 'catalina' hasn't produced good results.

If your boat HAS a swing keel the winch is right under the companionway. The winch shaft sticks out from the bulkhead that conceals the winch. The cable passes down the 'volcano' to the keel. Catalina built C22s with a fin keel too, no winch.
