It's a boat! No...a car! No...uh...

So, we're on our boat on our mooring in Friendship Harbor to watch the world famous, ultra-exciting Lobster Boat Races...and this was spotted.

I have some closer pics I'll post later.

Now, if it can be rigged to drive off the barge whenever it hits land...I think I've found my next cruising boat.

I guess anything is possible . These guys crossed the Atlantice before in Taurus combo Passat. Next time someone ask what do I need to do a passage. I think I will post it. .....i2f

Now this may not go to windward with any real efficiency but it does have tan sails.....very stylish... (well tannish kind of orange , anyway!!)

thats a local boat built by a local builder on long island maine,he usually has an entree in the lobster boat races but this year he built up this rig..i think one year he put a 1942 12cilnder rolls engine in a lobster boat !!i hear it hauled a**
