Abandoned boat auctions?
I have seen a few articles recently about abandoned boats in marina slips or on moorings and all the articles noted that many are sold at auction.
Just wondering if anyone knows of a good source where someone could find out about these auctions in an area. I've done the usual googling but not really finding any good hits. I'd like to just sit through a marina auction to get an idea of what kind of stuff is usually available & just to observe the general process.
Also, has anyone here purchased an auctioned boat? If so, how was the experience?
