No passwords are secure. In fact the passwords aren't even stored on the server. There is no way anyone (even me) can access your passwords because they are there. All the sites holds is a string that was encrypted using the password you entered. When you log in it asks for your password and redoes the encryption. If the result matches the encrypted string stored on the server then you are allowed in.
