Missing boat

My cherished 1985 Pearson 385 was removed from the Marco Island Yacht Club, Marco Island, Florida, on December 21. I have owned the boat for over ten years and it is in excellent shape. I love this boat and it had been a part of my retirement plans for years. It is slooped rigged, center cockpit, white hull with blue water line, bimini and dodger. It has a self furling mainmast, a Bruce anchor on a bow roller and a TV antenna mounted on the mast. The name of the boat is Celerity, which is on the aft sides and the hailing port is Falmouth, Maine, which is on the stern. There is a possibilty that the boat headed toward St. Petersburg but that is uncertain. I would appreciate any information about this boats whereabouts.
For information which leads to my finding the boat I would pay the provider $200. Thanks for any help.

Missing boat

Marcoted: I''m sorry to hear about your misfortune. How did the boat disappear? Did you just show up at the yacht club one day and it was gone? Any idea who could have taken it?

I truly hope you find the boat. There is also an active bulletin board on the Lattitudes and Attitudes Magazine website. You may want to post your notice there as well. The more exposure the better.

Good luck....

Wildheart
