Anne, look at one of the Latitude 38''s to find Mexico chartering operations, most especially the ads adjacent to their monthly chartering feature near the back of the magazine. (L38 issues are available free from your local WM store...if you get there early in the month!) Alternatively, use their website (www.latitude38.com) and see if you can track down the info. Enjoy!
