Unhappy Grounded - Porto Santo

I was on holidays, at the beach in Porto Santo Island, when I found something that wasn't supposed to be there. A grounded sailing boat!
This boat got grounded just 1 mile after it left the marina and was being sailed by their new owners. I don't know much more details except that it stayed at the beach for 2 weeks until it was rescued.

Are those drag straps put across the boom and life lines? I'm suprised that there aren't a "few" things missing on the boat like that solar panel and wenches, etc.
