Average Cost of Ownership

I've seen a few similar posts but none of them answered some of my specific questions.

I'm curious looking about average yearly & monthly costs for the below scenario.

Boat: 36 - 39, 00 - 05, Beneteau/Catalina
Slip: Free, have canal spot
Location: South Florida
Type of Sailing: Trips to Bahamas and later... Caribbean

Any thoughts on maintenance costs, equipment replacement, sails, insurance, etc... would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to determine how much more money we need to get in the kitty before we can finally buy the BOAT!
