Boat Share - New York City Area

Looking for a partner to share operating expenses for my 1978 Pearson 30. No buy-in is required. I sailed her for 8 years in the Chesapeake. My wife and I moved to New York City a few years ago and have based the boat at the 79th Street Boat Basin for the last 2 seasons. The boat is currently in Oyster Bay (Long Island Sound) where I hope to sail her with a partner next season. My wife and I use the boat only occasionally so I am looking for a partner to offset operating expenses. The boat is in good condition, her diesel engine was overhauled this year, depth, knot meter, autopilot, etc. The main and genoa are tired but usable for cruising. If I keep the boat I may spring for a new set of sails. I don’t know if you are familiar with the boat, but the Pearson 30 is great fun to sail. Let me know if you are interested.
