What kind of boat is this?

Looking at buying this boat, but not sure what make it is. I have attached a link below. I would have put the picture in this message, but the pix was saved as 2.7 meg file, which I could not upload here. Please disregard the fact that the blog says Grampian, that was one of my old boats.

Any help appreciated as I want to do some research on it before I pull the trigger. Will still take a good look at it, but the price is extremely attractive.

It looks like an O'Day 22 to me, but that's just one guess.

I thought an o'day 22 as well, but it is actually 23 feet long. The double winches and deep coaming boards on the side of the cockpit should be a help to someone (i hope)
