notify me when someone replies box

I keep checking this thing but never get a response when someone replies - what am i doing wrong?

You don''t have your email address associated with your post so that they can notify you.

Actually, the advice me function does not seem to be working after all. I used to get email messages advising me of a response but having checked the box on this string, no email came back to me. Perhaps we need to let the webmaster know.

The service may have been shut off. It used to be that any time anyone replied to ANY posting, it generated an email, and there was no way to stop it. Talk about spam! If a topic interests you, you can check it, or on sign-in, you can look for new messages since your last visit.
