Interestingly enough everyone has got question 1 correct and all but one have got question 3 correct. Question 4 is proving a bit trickier and it's question two that has given you the most trouble.

ericread, this may interest you. I got tired of having to plug my old LG into an outlet to power it and having to drive down the block to get reception...been holding back from doing somthing about this for almost a year, but since it is MY ONLY PHONE , and the battery is no longer available...I finally broke down today and bought a new phone. Now since I have wanted to post pictures but have no digital camera and since I had to drive into manhattan this morning and didn't know where I was going I decided to go for broke and picked up a DROID . Well, I can say the 5megapixel camera is terrific..I will postpicts as soon as I learn how, the google maps and navigator program is great , directed me straight to my destination and back with no problems...the GPS was fast and accurate, I can now get a signal at my house, boat and so far everywhere I tried it today. I loaded an APP that does tides, and there appears to be lots of apps and widgets etc. to choose. I think I am going to like this, at least as much as I can like any phone. Now i just have to take a lot of pictures af the things I am going to have to sell on EBAY in order to pay for it!!
So I have to ask...will a DROID do? , Rick

I am 100% with CP on this.

Last year the Massacusetts Turnpike Authority allowed cell phone use in the Big Dig in Boston. "In addition to helping commuters and public safety officials, wireless phone service will also generate badly needed revenue for the authority." I suggest that the driving factor is the revenue, NOT safety.
I'm waiting for the first big accident, so that the victims can sue the bone heads that allowed this.
