Winter Study, Lkg for CD, DVD, Online courses, recommendation

Up here in the north .. In the winter, I like to bone up
read, study, educate, myself all about sailing, navigation,
cruising, boat ownership, on and on. I got thinking ??
Must be some good online study courses, or CD's, with
interactive study tools, for the winter sailor.

How about a list of online courses, where/how/how much?
Or, good programs to purchase for the computer?
CD's, DVD's, whatever .. for inside sailing on the cold
nights.

Education .. one part of sailing I love, is the learning.
Whether I ever go across the ocean or not, I love the
idea of know how.

I am playing with a sextant that was given to me. Very
difficult to just read the instructions, or the book.
I figure, someone smarter than me must have made a
Celestial Navigation DVD, or a CD program for the computer.

Or maybe the U of [Putnamehere] has an online course.
