Home for the winter:) Thanks guys!

Here are some pics from the past few days. Yeah Lapworth caught a fish and let me reel it in I thought fresh salmon was good but this rock bass is dam good Yeah I am getting a slip on the south river. There is just so much marine related stuff around here boat yards, sailboats by the hundreds, sail makers, marine hardware stores, there is even a huge 2nd hand sailboat parts, gear stores and not to mention the marine schools and classes that you can take. And the awesome Chesapeake to explore! So yeah I am going to lay my head down here for awhile at least the winter. I hope to do a lot of work on Cloud this winter.
As far as DR vers GPS give me DR any day. I will not owe a Gps. I only do 7 knots and with charts, yes I have some charts now, I have all the time in the world to know where I am and where I need to go. Now if I were in a say boat that was going like 20+ knots I would use GPS and a plotter but in my boat I like DR.  Yeah I was a little off on my DR the other day in the fog but not much and well the fishing rods, lighting and boats kept me a bit distracted. Plus captain lapworth yelling at me just kidding. Here are the pics. And I am worth every penny that lapworth is paying me. I just hope he doesn’t give me a nail gun. 
its beer time somewhere right.?

well if he is here for six months he gets to see a pretty cold winter plus a very wet spring, he will be leaving in time for a hotter summer down south.

and yes it was beer time but lapworth has my number, so its his fault if he forgets.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
