yanmar 4jh2e zinc

has anyone heard of a zinc/anode being used on the 4jh2e engine? cannot find mention of any in manual. would one be benificial?
also, has anyone found a source for an aftermarket raw water pump?

k1vsk will become famous soon enough
Sierra sells an aftermarket pump for this engine which has no zinc by the way, nor is it needed

I'm pretty sure Yanmar eliminated the use of zincs on the xJH line by reducing the use of disimilar metals in the design, etc.. My 3JH2eE also does not use them.

I also have a 4jh2E and discovered that it has no zincs.

Cheers!
