What do I call this Job

I have to think about retiring in a few years and the idea of retiring into a sailing related job sounds like a great idea. I know a guy that does this in FL. He has a half dozen guys that are older and don't want to give up their boat so he helps with maintenance, sometimes even crews for them. In short is helpful. I would like to do the same thing.
What would you call such a person?

Al the names I can think of like boat B)(*(h etc are not appropriate for a business card.

I thought of Sailboat Mentor or Sailboat Concierge.
The first one does not apply in all cases and the second one I can't spell.

What do I put on my business card?
Keep it clean guys

It also lets everyone know that you're more than willing to be helpful, but expect to be paid for it. It's not much of a business if they forget to write you a check at the end of the day.

Boasun will become famous soon enough Boasun will become famous soon enough
Could be a Boatswain for everything above deck and an boat engineer for everything below deck.
One takes care of the rigging & all items above deck and the other takes care of all the mechanical items.
Both would be very knowledgible about their areas of expertise.
