Two men and a yacht, and a mystery.

Read all about it. Dirty deeds done dirt cheap or an unfortunate accident ?

The not calling in about it on the other yacht's radio is suspicious to say the least...

Wow...pretty crazy stuff, sounds pretty fishy to me and what Charlie Says. But what's the motive? A chance to have his own boat for a 4 week holiday to the Galapagos, that can't be it, can it?

No one knows anything about what happened...
Maybe it did happen like he said...and his ex-girlfriend just found a good opportunity for a nasty revenge or something..who knows ?
The journalist writing this only wrote what he wants...obviouly already blaming the guy, as if he knew better than him what happened on the boat, or why no emergency calls where made, or why he declined assistance. The same journalist will for sure also be a expert in the Space Shuttle repair procedure next week, and will show up as the specialist of Chinses politics the day after....
Come on guys, we all been in trouble in the water, and we all know how confusing it can be for real...no matter how easy it could have been when looking at it later !....

Hey Wombat! We got a request from this Aussie guy, wants to crew on our boat next summer:

His resume has some gaps in it (as do his front teeth), but he knows your name & seemed confident you'd give him a good character reference.

Wombat = TDW (the original poster)

Do you think this Mr. Read fellow is up to spending long periods of time in a confined space? Not everyone is cut out for that.
