My membership has been cut 3 times now. Can''t get a hold of anyone at sailnet. Any speculations? Has this happened to anyone else?

Maybe you shouldn''t be a dead beat, try paying your Sailnet bill and perhaps service won''t be cut off in the future. I swear sailors will do anything to save a buck.

Hi Dennis,

Though on a different matter, I too couldn''t get Sailnet to return my e-mail inquiries and phone calls (their operator asks for you to leave a message with the promise of returning your call). Through their sales office, I got the e-mail of their Marketing Manager ( Randy Draftz). He did anwer my inquiry, maybe he''ll answer yours. His e-mail is: rdraftz@sailnet.com
Good luck,
John

Just a thought.
I never log out. I never seem to have a problem getting back in unless the server is down. I was gone for 6 mo. and got right back on with just a click. I just saved the boards to my favorites and come on that way. It could be your browser too. Which one are you using. I use Explorer 6.0.

If you''re having a problem with a log-on then please email Kerry at klord@sailnet.com so he can look into it for you. Off the top of my head it sounds like a browser/firewall/cookie issue...

The Customer Service folks are there to help customers with orders. Not to provide tech support for the bulletin boards.
