Cape Canaveral to St. Thomas VI

The trip from Cape Canaveral to St. Augustine was successful and fun - and we did it on a (long) weekend!

Now, has anyone advice on routes/times/ for sailing from Cape Canaveral, FL to St. Thomas, VI? The point is the DESTINATION - as fast as possible. We are on a 37'' Catamaran and only have 2 weeks max to sail.
