Help identifying a boat

My neighbor aquired a boat that has been destroyed by vandels and left in
weather wide open and was hopeing that someone could tell me what type
of boat this is. Would like to see the original work inside.
He has a title for it but it only has the official number on it, no make and
there is no tags left.

Thanks

If it was ever USCG documented, then the USCG Documentation number can give you information about it. Also, if the boat has a HIN, which should be located on the starboard part of the transom and has been required on all boats built since 1972, it will give some information about the make/model/manufacturer.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
