Help needed to identify sailing boats

Hi There

Can anyone help me to identify the type of sailing boats in the attached painting.

I am trying to trace the artist and think that identifying the boats might be a good start.

The vessels look like the herring drifters that I believe were common to the Netherlands. If you search for Tecla, that is one of the surviving ones and you can compare the forms. She has participated in many tall ships events so she shouldn't be too hard to find.

Isn't that the artist's signature in the lower left corner?

Smile Artists signature

There certainly is writing theere which I took to be the artist's initials (possibly EN) and a tiltle for the painting (difficult to read but looks like "Carlio"
