Delivery Ideas

I am considering purchasing a large catamaran in French Polynesia, and need to have it delivered to Hawaii or Mexico. General thoughts on this endeavor are welcome and also looking for ideas on (i) time of year to do this, (ii) likely cost and (iii) qualified skippers.
