Sir, he claims the decks are still awash at low tide ... make certain to do whatever you can to minimize in-leakage while pumping the boat. Even something as simple as thin plastic sheeting (like used for painting) secured over leaking hatches/portlights/companionway/fittings with a waterproof duct tape would make your job more likely to succeed. Also, if someone is willing to go head-down into the sunken ship, definitely make sure sink thru-hulls and such are isolated.

Yeah, I'm lining up some folks and pumps. I have a couple of divers and one salvor lined up if the pumps fail so we'll see. I could use somemore hands on deck at the site this weekend though.
