It depends upon what you would like to see on the way. I have done Antigua-Nevis (arrive dusk, hoist Q flag, take mooring ball) then on to either St. Barts or St. Martin. After shopping for a day or two, head to the BVI then USVI and then Puerto Rico.
Do you want to head directly there? You could do Christianstad then Puerto Rico for a shorter distance, but I've not met a boater yet who didn't find deal in St. Martin for boat-stuff and once westward of that island it is nasty to get back.
Barbuda is worth a visit, or Saba if the swells and wind are down.
