That's not a boat!

This is a boat!

That most certainly is the ugliest boat I have ever seen. Terrible interior design, would not survive a storm.

Oh, but it is a boat with a office complex inside it......i2f

20 MPH ain't fast unless, you do it in a 1000sq 3/2 house on 10foot waves

I think WHY sums it up, 20 crew - 12 guest - I use my boat to get away from people, not to be tripping over them. And your on the water, do you need to take a swimming pool along with you?

Terrible interior design
I'll disagree on that point. However, the outward design? Jeesh!!!!!

The interior looks like the new office space of a well-known architectural firm here in my town.

Build a dock on the stern, and it would make a nice condo to moor in the bay.

Heck, build two docks, and a wall through the center and have income property too!

Just because it may float does not make it a boat

Sailing is the art of floating with occasional drifting.
5 knots isn't fast for a boat, but it's pretty quick for a house.

Darwin Award!

"Go Simple...Go Large"

Relationships are everything to me..everything else in life are just tools to enhance them.

The purchase price of a boat is just the admittance fee to the dance...you still have to spend money on the girl...so court one with something going for her with pleasing and desirable character traits others desire as well... or you could find yourself in a disillusioned relationship contemplating an expensive divorce.
