1968 Morgan Classic 30

I have inherited the above from my father. It has North Sails used a half season, a jib furler, two speed self tailing winches, auto pilot, Atomic-4 fresh water cooled engine, etc.

I have two kids in sailing program and not enough time to devote to the boat. Does anyone have an idea what the boat is worth? The boat is on Long Island

These are really nice older boats. Great boats for a shallow venue yet offered nice performance for that era. With an Atomic 4 they are worth somewhere between $10,000 and $15,000 depending on the condition of the boat. I am deeply sorry to hear about your losing your father. I lost my Mom last fall. These things are never easy.

BTW these were really good family cruisers and if you have kids that are learning to sail, this would not be a bad boat for family cruising. Some of my fondest sailing memories was sailing with my family as a teenager. Just a thought.
