I don't think you are far wrong. If I recall we were up most of the night surrounded by a flotilla of Polish sailors. 'course I'm pretty sure we added to the commotion.

Its designed to train people to not over-react and call 911 every time they see a boat going down by the bow. We owe this guy a debt of gratitude. I know I for one get tired of being harrased by the USCG and State Marine Police every time my boat sinks.

Do these people think I don't know what I'm doing?
